PROJECT LIFE : WEEK 7

I have been in so major need of sharing my project life layouts.
I am super behind in sharing them here on the blog.
I find it easier to go a few months, then print out all my photos to date and add them to my album all in one day.  Then I take a few days to add all in all my journaling cards.  I keep notes to myself and what we did in my planner so it helps sometimes go back and write some journaling I may have forgotten.

Ramblings from week 7
Sunday : Jacob went on a dirtbike ride today and sent me a text with this picture of his view.  I think he enjoyed just taking off on the bike for a bit and stopping to see as far as the eye can see.
The cat also got stuck up in the rafters of the garage.  Not once but twice.  I had to climb up on the ladder and help her get down.

Monday : NO SCHOOL today.  Daddy also had the day off of work, so they all got to spend some time together playing xbox.  I love days like this.

Tuesday : We bought a Valentines Day sugar cookie decorating kit at Target so tonight we all sat at the table and decorated our cookie.  It was alot of fun.  I enjoyed just sitting there as a family each decorating our own cookie.  The kids loaded up there cookies with icing and candy.

Wednesday : When I got home from the grocery store, I almost stepped on this lizard.  I grabbed my camera and got down on the ground and it let me snap a ton of pictures of it.  I don't like lizards as in pets or to hold them, but I still find creatures interesting.  I also knew the boys would love to see the pictures of the lizard so up close.
Today I am also attempting for the first time ever to make my own homemade enchilada sauce to go with dinner.  It was a longer process than just buying a can from the store for sure, but I love trying new things like this and being able to say I made it all from scratch.  It turned out pretty good for my first try.

Thursday : Each semester the boys get to pick an elective extra class they would like to take at school.  It is called their enrichment class.  They go once a week, every Thursday.  This time around they both wanted to take No Bake Cooking.  Their first no bake item was this fruit kabob.  They are both really enjoying this class already.  I can't wait to see what else they come home with.

Friday : HAPPY VALENTINE'S DAY.  Jacob and I had to go to court today for a matter so my mom picked up the kids from school and took them out to lunch at McDonalds.  They have half days of Fridays.  Since we were done pretty early ourselves, we stopped by Steer n Stein for a quick lunch date.  It was nice to be able to have a nice lunch date.

Saturday : Caleb wasn't feeling well tonight at all and started throwing up and had a fever.  I gave him some medicine and hoping he feels better in the morning.

HAPPY DOCUMENTING!!
