Random Ramblings: MY ACHY BODY LATELY

I have always been a stay at home mom for the last 12 years since I was put on bed rest when I was pregnant with little Jacob. I worked a few small part time one or two days a week jobs here and there but nothing major.  
But I just started back to work as a Para Pro Teachers Aid/ Playground Supervisor at my little ones school.  I just started last week and all the kids started last Thursday.
Let me just say it has been adjustment, for my body in so many ways.  I was not overly or really much active as a stay at home mom.  Just the normal back and forth to the car to pick up the kids or to the laundry room kind of thing.
So with my new job I am on my feet all day long for over 6 hours.  This may not sound like much but wow when you are not used to it, it surely is.  I am back and forth to the playground and into the kindergarten class I aid in.
So by the time I get home my feet and body are pretty achy!  

I have found a few ways that helping my family and my own body adjust to being a full working family.  
My go to products for all my body aches and pains are TYLENOL® 8 HR Muscle Aches & Pain and  Ultra Strength BENGAY® Cream

Every now and then my entire body is pretty achy when I wake up in the morning and to help with those extra achy days, I take 2 TYLENOL® 8 HR Muscle Aches & Pain.  This helps me get in total control of my body aches and pains and take back my day so I am not consumed with body pain.  Another plus in my book is that it is tough on my aches and pains but not on my stomach. Which I need for sure.  I cant do my job well with an also upset stomach.  I love that it acts fast and lasts up to 8 hours.  

Each morning when I am getting ready for work I rub some of the  Ultra Strength BENGAY® Cream into my feet and ankles.  It helps  me outlast my muscle pain throughout the day.  Because trust me I really need any help I can get while my feet are still adjusting to being on my feet all day long.  

Other ways that I have found help me really relax and have good days now that I am back to work are finding a few minutes in the evening to sit on the back patio with my husband and drink a glass of soda.  I have been drinking no less than 5 bottles of water a day and sometimes more.  It feels so good.  We chat about our days and just catch up and I love every minute of it.  

I also created a chore chart to help stay completely organized with what days the kids are doing what chores.  This has helped us stay so on top of things and organized.  Even the kids are really excited by this chart.  

My final way I fully relax at the end of a long day is soak my feet and body in a nice warm bath each night before bed.  It gives me about 30-40minutes of time to browse facebook or pinterest and just refresh myself so that I can do a good job at my new job and most importantly be a good mom and wife.  If I am not so good myself how will I be any good to anyone else. 

I love that I was able to pick up both of these products on a recent trip to Target and they were on the same aisle even.  Double bonus.
